No Panic is a national self-help charity, which supports people with a range of anxiety problems, including panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia, social phobia and health anxiety. The main service we provide is our helpline.

Organisation Contactors are committed volunteers who phone and email health services and mental health charities across the UK to inform them of the support the No Panic Helpline can give to anxiety sufferers.

Campaigning & Lobbying

Basic IT skills - internet & email, Social Skills

Successful applicants will be able to communicate clearly and confidently by email and by telephone. Successful applicants will be proactive, committed, motivated and reliable.

You will be spreading the news that help is out there for anxiety sufferers. All activities are performed from your own home, so lack of mobility is not a problem.

2 hours a week, may vary from time to time
