This may be the role for you if • You are a good listener that can engage others in natural and easy conversation to find out how they are getting on. • You have attention to detail and are thorough. • You have a willingness to learn about the challenges facing vulnerable adults.

What you will gain: • Customer service experience • Knowledge of the support that is available for vulnerable adults • An in-depth understanding of the issues that older people and vulnerable adults face • Use of specialist software • The chance to make a big difference to someone’s life by being an empathetic and kind listener.

3-4 hours per week for at minimum of six months
