Although a system and phone based role at its core there will be lots of opportunity to really make a difference by speaking directly with our members and ensuring their profiles are accurate with volunteering opportunities they need.

Tasks include:

• Maintain & Update Membership CRM database – Ensuring correct information for active volunteering opportunities for members.
• Volunteer tracking – maintaining database with accurate and updated contact information and progress made in volunteering roles.
• Role would also include regular telephone contact with both volunteers and Charity/Community organisations.

Administration,Advice, Information & Support,Business, Management & Research,General & Helping,IT, Technology & Websites

Admin, Good IT Skills, Organising & Planning, Reading & Writing

Good IT skills with a general understanding of updating/using databases. Good telephone skills. Friendly confident manner

You will be able to support organisations who are improving opportunities across Staffordshire. Helping to ensure volunteering continues to be vibrant and open to all. You will gain work experience and be working with a friendly team of employees and volunteers.

5-10 hours per week
