Would you like to learn sfx injury makeup and take part in emergency service training exercises? You will be trained how to respond with medical accuracy. It is creative, sociable, fun and makes a huge contribution to those who are preparing to face who knows what tomorrow.

Exercises range from simulations for medical training to fire and rescue, vehicle and plane crash scenarios, extrications from small spaces and multi-agency major incidents. Roles are given according to the individual.

In our Casualties Union Reading branch, we are looking for like minded people with some time to learn skills and be willing to go out on exercises with us.

We want to increase the diversity of our members, as accidents and emergencies happen to people from all backgrounds and walks of life, including the disabled and those with English as a second language.
