At Crisis we provide services for people facing homelessness across Great Britain 365 days of the year.

As an E-commerce volunteer, you'll be helping to showcase the very best new and pre-loved goods online as part of a creative, fun and supportive team. We receive hundreds of donated items each week to our E-commerce warehouse in Canning Town where they are sorted, priced and sold in our online shop.

As an e-commerce volunteer, tasks could include:

• Checking in products
• Steaming garments
• Preparing and taking pictures of items for sale and listing items.

Skills required:

• Previous experience working on an online selling platform would be advantageous but not essential.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic I.T and numeracy skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Understanding of confidentiality and boundaries in a professional environment.
• A commitment to comply with Crisis policies, including health and safety, data protection and code of conduct.
• Minimum age of 18 years
• An interest in fashion retail

The role is avaliable:

- Mornings 9am to 1pm
- Afternoons 1pm to 5pm
- All day 9-5

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Cleaning & Tidying, Organising & Planning

We would ideally like an ongoing weekly commitment… Options: Mornings 9am to 1pm Afternoons 1pm to 5pm All day 9-5
