We're always in need of homemade cakes to serve at our volunteer-run pay-what-you-can community cafe. That's where you come in! You can bake any cake at home and then drop it by the cafe between 8 and 11 am on any Thursday or Friday at the St Mary's Centre, Stoke Newington.

Basic cooking skills. You don't have to be a master pastry chef -- any cakes baked with love will do!

You provide a delicious, heartwarming dessert to our cafe guests, many who are homeless or otherwise vulnerable. The cakes round out the meals we serve made from surplus veg donated by local greengrocers. Your donation keeps our costs down and allows us to carry on providing meals to the public at low or no cost.

About 1 hour per week
