Volunteer Fundraiser

We need someone with fundraising experience to assist us in finding funding sources for our projects.

The role involves:
• Researching grants and funds available to the organisation.
• Composing grant applications with the support of supervisors.
• Contacting and working with other charitable organisations to find and apply for funding.
• Developing fundraising strategies or researching how to develop these strategies.

Whether you are just starting out in your career path, looking to gain new skill sets or even just closing a gap on your CV, we want you to become part of our efforts and ambitions.

• You will need to be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages • Sociable telephone skills; empathy and patience are a must. • A fluent level of English • Understand confidentiality and respect towards our clients. • A minimum six month commitment • Most importantly, willingness to learn and ask for help when needed.

Volunteers will receive a full professional reference and valuable work experience from the role.
