Window Display Organiser

We are looking for two creative and organised volunteers to help design and set up a window display to showcase Cre8 and raise awareness of our volunteer opportunities. This short-term role requires approximately 8 hours of planning and preparation between 22nd April and 19th May, plus 2 hours on the installation day, likely to be the morning of 20th May.

As a Window Display Organiser, you will be responsible for:

Planning and designing an engaging and visually appealing display

Selecting and preparing materials for the display

Coordinating with Cre8 staff to ensure key messages and volunteer roles are highlighted

Setting up the display on the scheduled installation day

If you are unavailable on the installation day, you can still contribute by creating a detailed design brief and preparing materials, allowing others at Cre8 to dress the window on your behalf.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with an eye for design who want to support a community organisation in a creative way!

We’re looking for volunteers with creative flair and good organisational skills. Experience in design, display work, or event setup is a plus but not essential. Enthusiasm and attention to detail are key!

-Use and develop creativity, design, and organisational skills -Gain experience in event/display planning -Support a local community organisation in a unique and impactful way -Work flexibly with an estimated 10-hour commitment -Be part of a fun and rewarding project that raises awareness for a great cause
