Volunteer Admin Assistant

As this is a supportive administration role, we would require the individual to have some experience in administration tasks and be comfortable working on a computer. Knowledge of Microsoft applications and any other processing systems is ideal. We need support for approximately 4 hours per week, which could be done over two days if preferred. Ideally we are looking for someone who could make a long-term commitment.

Administration

Admin, IT Skills - Basic, IT Skills - Good

- Computer proficiency and comfortable with computer systems eg. Microsoft - Organisation and administrative skills, such as making a flowchart or inputting data - Initiative and the ability to work alone

Volunteers will get to be part of a team supporting young people. You will meet new people, possibly learn new skills or share your skills and experiences with others and have fun doing so.

This role consists of 4 hours per week which can be done over 2 days. We are asking for a long-term volunteering commitment as this role would involve some training on systems and operations.
