IT Skills - Basic, Organising & Planning, Time Management, Verbal Communication

Prior experience working with young people (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and a good listener. Committed to supporting young people in their personal and educational development. Ability to maintain confidentiality and set appropriate boundaries.

All volunteers will receive training on youth development, safeguarding, and effective mentoring techniques. Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by the Volunteer manager Benefits: Opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. We ask our volunteers to commit to 1 session per week for a 3-month minimum time frame.
