You did not enter a postcode in the search, or the postcode for this role is unknown.
Currently recruiting Community Research volunteers to carry out targeted surveys in 3 areas across Camden; Kilburn, Regents Park, Kentish Town. Community Champions will be integral to the design, creation and delivery of community events & activities for their neighbourhood. The project is driven by the community we work with, who will lead on all aspects of the projects. Each location will have different ideas and needs, which will be developed by the Community Champions. We want to work with you to develop effective solutions for local areas, by giving residents and communities the tools and resources to identify local issues and problems and to come up with their own solutions and to assist in organising and promoting community activities and sharing important health messages with your community
We are very close to South Hampstead Overground, 31, 189 & 139 bus routes

As this is a Community Led project, ideas, activities and events will come from participants, so we welcome all skills to join our project!
If you have an idea for something that could benefit the health and wellbeing of the community, please let us know, or maybe you would like to help out at a gardening project, its all about how much time and what you would like to offer as a champion!
Volunteers will be able to access training and development opportunities, get to meet new people, develop your personal skills. We hope that the volunteers recruited will be involved in the design of further training packages for themselves and future volunteers, maybe learn to apply for small pots of funding to run more projects, or simply to meet new people.
