We are looking for volunteers who are confident, outgoing, positive, resourceful and believe that people can make lasting changes.

A volunteer mentor can make a lasting difference in the lives of people who are vulnerable and often disadvantaged. Each person's progress is different and a mentor can become a positive role model having an impact on individuals, their families and their communities. The benefits include understanding what makes people tick, learning how to work with challenging behaviours and really making a difference in someone's life. At CLI everyone matters and volunteers receive monthly supervision, additional training and ongoing support to move into paid employment in a challenging but highly rewarding career.
