Support a fast-growing charity by keeping the office organised and running smoothly by supporting our HQ departments. Tasks may include:

· General administrative and maintenance tasks such as keeping the office tidy and keeping stock on supplies,
· Filing and scanning to assist with digitising documents as part of our electronic filing system,
· Assist with organising training for staff and volunteers,
· Answering telephone enquiries,
· Assisting with Data Protection tasks,
· Assisting with IT administrative tasks,
· Supporting with Health & Safety administrative tasks

Administration,Advice, Information & Support,IT, Technology & Websites,Finance & Accountancy,General & Helping

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Cleaning & Tidying, Good IT Skills

Previous experience in an admin role is desirable but not essential. · Computer/IT literate. · Flexibility and reliability · Good organisation · The ability to multi-task · Work well as part of a team. · Good communication skills

It depends on the motivations and reasons you have chosen to volunteer. Volunteering is a great way to use your existing skills or further your skills and knowledge, as well as meet new people and gain confidence. And it is also a good addition to your CV.

We are currently seeking volunteers that can commit to 2 days a week, 4-5 hours per day. We are open to flexibility in regards to timings and days that can be done.
