What you will be doing

We are wanting lots of volunteers to help us at our cheer point to support our 200 fundraisers running for us in the Cambridge half marathon on 9th March from 8.30- 9am onwards. Lots of noise will need to be made, and this is a great opportunity to meet others in the community who support the hospitals. With exclusive access into St John's college and a fun Sunday full of cheer, we would greatly appreciate you coming along to join us in supporting our fundraisers that are making a difference to Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals.

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.

Gold
