You don't have to be an expert at anything to take part in Goodgym sessions, all instructions will be provided at each session.

Sessions are highly flexible and you can sign up to however many you want to or take a break whenever you need to. There is no minimum expectation but you will get the most out of Goodgym by attending fairly regularly and getting to know other members.
