· Have a warm, friendly, and caring approach · Be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team in a busy area of the hospice · Understand kitchen and hygiene requirements · Understand of the limits of the role (it does not involve personal care) · Be open-minded about different lifestyles and values · Understand how important confidentiality is · Have plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a friendly manner

To do this we will: • Offer all the training you need in your role • Make sure you feel appreciated and respected • Provide regular support in a way that suits you • Ask for your feedback on how we can do better • Deal with any concerns or complaints quickly and fairly • Make sure you have a clear understanding of what you need to do in your role • Repay out-of-pocket travel expenses

Opportunities available weekdays and weekend days 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm, but all our roles can be flexible to suit you.
