No experience needed, we will give you training in all the different tasks. This is a physical role so participants would need a level of physical ability to climb a step into the minibus, negotiate uneven or steep sites, and use tools.

If you're considering a career in conservation this is a perfect step to learn the skills and theory involved. Also ideal for someone looking to get into other work to demonstrate team working, reliability etc. Or for anyone looking to give something back, take up a regular activity, get more active, learn about the environment, and do something with a real feel-good factor.

Project days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.15am until 4.30pm. There is no required commitment to come every week, volunteers are free to come whichever weeks suit them. Free transport by minibus to all our projects. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Arrive at The Cemetery Gatehouse, Foster Hill Road, Bedford MK41 7TD by 9.15am.
