Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you believe in the power of collective action to create positive change? If so, we invite you to join our fundraising team.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to donate their time and skills to help us raise funds for the Disability Resource Centre. As a fundraising volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events and activities.

From bake sales and balls, to bucket collections and afternoon teas, you will plan and promote all sorts of fun events and activities within the local communities to bring people closer to and raise awareness of the Disability Resource Centre - a registered Charity with over 30 years of supporting those with a disability or long term health condition.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Assist with event planning and coordination.
Help promote the fundraiser through social media, word-of-mouth, and other channels.
Welcome and assist guests during the event.
Assist with setting up and dismantling event materials.
Engage with donors and supporters to provide information about our cause.

We provide training and ongoing support Travel expenses

We offer flexible volunteering hours to accommodate your schedule, whether you can commit to a few hours per week or participate in specific events. Training and support will be provided to ensure you have a rewarding experience as a volunteer.
