This is an exciting role supporting the running of the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme; a skills-building and social action programme for 16 and 17 year olds (up to 25 SEND).

Volunteers will be running activities, encouraging young people to challenge themselves and aiding with setting up and packing away. Volunteers may be asked to lead on reflection sessions where participants will be asked about their experience of the day and what they learned. This is one of many tasks that invite young people to reflect on their own process with the aim of consolidating their learning.
