To provide support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other disabilities at bi monthly nightclub and gig style events held at various locations around Bedford.
These events take place from 6.45pm to midnight on either a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night.

Befriending, Buddying & Mentoring,Caring,Community Work,Entertainment,Events & Stewarding,General & Helping

Language Skills, Managing People, Negotiating

The volunteer would need to be a good communicator, and to be aware of the challanges that are faced by people with learning disabilities and or autism

Enhanced understanding of the possibilities for people with additional needs. Greater community engagement Lots and lots of sober fun!

All staff, volunteers, and members are required to take a lateral flow test on the day of the event. This must be logged on the government website and proof shown. Anyone who tests positive is not allowed to come and is asked to isolate away from the organisation for 10 days following their first negative lateral flow.
