What you will be doing

Are you a Christmas-lover with a secret desire to don a Hi-vis vest?! We need a team of jolly volunteer marshals to represent Mental Health Resource at this charity fundraising event, taking place in Grosvenor & Hilbert Park on 7 December. The marshalling role involves directing Santa runners along the 3K route, ensuring the safety of participants and helping the event run smoothly.
Santa's helpers are needed from 12.30pm until 4.30pm. Hi-vis vests are provided - just bring yourselves and your Christmas cheer!

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.
